Order processing
After receiving the customer's payment, the customer's registered mailbox will receive the order information. In normal working days, customer orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours, except weekends and statutory holidays. Orders will be shipped from different US warehouses based on the actual inventory situation.

After the order is sent, an email containing tracking information will be sent to the customer. Please pay attention to check the progress of tracking the package, or log on to the website and check the relevant order information in the My Account section.

Free shipping
Under normal circumstances, parcels will be dispatched in local warehouses in the United States, and different shipping channels will be arranged according to the needs of different sizes of products. Normally, they will be shipped by standard shipping.

The continental United States is a free shipping area, no additional shipping is required (additional shipping is required for special regions). The package will be delivered within 2-7 working days.

Hawaii & Alaska Region
Since Hawaii & Alaska are in the local area, they are not included in the scope of free shipping. Each order of products is charged $10 for shipping.

Global shipping
We support global shipments. When it comes to international logistics, all coun
tries outside the United States will charge international transportation fees. Each order of products is charged $10 for shipping.

Due to the long-distance transportation and uncontrollability of international logistics, parcels are generally delivered within 7-15 working days. (Depending on different countries or regions)
Our company will legally declare the price of the goods, so the customs and other expenses incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
